Bel Air Resort Gili Islands, Gili Islands

My experience at Bel Air Spa & Resort was quite mixed. On the positive side, the location was really convenient with plenty of nearby dining and activities, and the snorkeling just off the shore was a nice surprise. However, the state of the hotel left much to be desired. The cleanliness was lacking and the rooms felt dated. Overall, it seems like the resort hasn't aged well, and I wouldn't recommend it based on my stay.

My stay at Bel-Air was a mixed experience. The resort had a gorgeous beachfront location, perfect for snorkeling, and I truly enjoyed the peaceful ambiance. This hotel is a true gem located right on the beachfront, making it easy to unwind while enjoying beautiful views. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a perfect blend of comfort and modern amenities. The staff, especially the manager and assistant manager, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable with exceptional service. While the location is perfect for accessing local dining and activities, there was a bit of noise from nearby entertainment, which might be a downside for light sleepers.

I had a very mixed experience at Bel-Air. On one hand, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made my stay enjoyable—especially Endang, who went above and beyond to assist us. The location is beautiful, right on the beachfront, which is a significant plus. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the facilities and the dining options; they did not meet my expectations based on the photos I had seen. Overall, while there are some highlights, the hotel does need improvements to be truly great.
